05.Banshee.SE Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 Plastics: No Plastics: I prefer plastics. I'm all about retaining as much of the stock look as possible (with modifications of course). I just like having people think it's all stock [or near] when I go out riding, then when the 'Shee rips them up like crazy, they are left confused. Quote
maxtrax Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 (edited) After my rebuild I ran without plastics for a while. The purpose was to make sure everything worked right before re-installation. I think a full black shee similar to the one above (only with a seat and handlebars  ) would look kick ass. edit: and maybe front bumper and rear grab bar too Edited October 27, 2008 by maxtrax Quote
2001Stroker Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 I'm sure it would look good if you actually spent the time to clean up the frame, powdercoat and chrome a bunch of stuff on it, and get rid of all the junk that your bike doesn't need. Oh, and move the electronics to under the tank, in stead of just chillin between your ass cheeks. Few bikes can pull that one off. No offense, yours ain't one of them. Needs major clean up before you try that one. Just my opinion. Quote
POORBOY350 Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 i aint running any right now... not by choice lol. i had raptor plastics on it before and i'd rather run none than craptors lol. it dont bother me when im riding cause i aint looking at my plastics when im riding barely notice they aint there lol Quote
MarineNYC Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 LOL I think your bike has a phat set up but those Craptor Plastics were killing it You bought that from some guy on here right? How much did you pay? Quote
Paddleboy Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 when i was jetting my bike i had them all off (put new pipes on) and put the seat on just to ride and test my jetting. i thought it actually looked cool. gives it a naked look. i forget who it is but there is someone on here with there shee with no plastics on there sig Quote

05.Banshee.SE Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 After my rebuild I ran without plastics for a while. The purpose was to make sure everything worked right before re-installation. I think a full black shee similar to the one above (only with a seat and handlebars  ) would look kick ass. edit: and maybe front bumper and rear grab bar too It did look sick! I had the handle bars and seat put on...then the toomeys and stuff..and I cleaned it like a mofo... My bike was all modded out, no plastics, all black, only chrome was rims and silencers...everything else black... Quote
