I found a shop here in Phx to do mine for $12. I dont remember what the Deg of ream was but you can call burgard and they can help you out. But as for he Arms...I love them. Im happy I went with these arms becauase as hard i ride my bike and throwing it off dunes and jumps seems to hold up just fine for me. Couldnt ask for anything better. And as for the shocks... What kind of elka's you thinking about getting?
