deerekillr Posted September 7, 2008 Report Share Posted September 7, 2008 I find the best way to break a tire from the bead is to go ride alone, really far from home, in the woods.... jk... Anyway, after you let all the air out of the tire, spray the bead around the rim with PB Blaster or the penetrant of your choice. Spray alot of it! Let it sit for a few minutes to soak, then stand on the wheel and get your heels right into the bead bouncing alittle bit. This will loosen the bead and eventually break it. projectbanshee33 Posted September 8, 2008 Report Share Posted September 8, 2008 I haven't had much luck running over them either, even with the 33" mud terrains on my Jeep.
