Cub and cheetah cub are the same thing...you can get them in 65mm and 68mm bores. They come right out the box with a quote, unquote "drag port". They can be ported a little more but it doesn't pick it up as much as it would a stock set of cylinders. A lot of folks just clean up the casting flaws and run them as-is. Others, like myself, have them ported just to get as much as possible out of them.

Twister cylinders are just another type of aftermarket cylinder. You can get them in a variety of sizes (bore and stroke), like the cub but you have more options with the twisters. The downfall to twisters (if you want to even call it that) is they need a lot of porting to run really hard. You can get these in small bore or big bore, and you have to buy the whole top end kit.

Well put...Travis.

And to add to that....

Any motor is only as good as the components and setup surrounding it.

Simply put...you can make all the horsepower in the world, but without getting that from the motor to the rear wheels and hooking up efficiently, it's wasted time and money...

And, when you start putting a fair amount of power through the motor, things must be "beefed" up to handle it as well. Motor and Chassis-wise.

Such as, but not limited to:

Clutch, transmission, swingarm length, rear shock, gearing, tires, etc.
