You can, but then you will only have a long rod crank and not a stroker, because the pin location is still the same.

oh, forgot, you will have to change the port timings and run 795 pistons... Its not worth it, just buy the Long rod +4mm stroker.

no you will need to buy a 4mm crank as the lower crank pin is moved farther out to make the stroke longer on the 4mm.
