  3. ok I have a 2-1 35mm trinity carb kit i may be wanting to trade or sell, i would like to trade for some after market carbs if i do decide to trade or i would probably sell them if the price was right. any offers will be appreciated. thanks matt adams
  4. ok i just raced last friday night. i had one size bigger on front than stock. i just put my 2-1 carb kit on the day before and it wasnt jetted right but i lost a lot of top end. i orderd 2 sizes bigger front today and im gonna see how its going to do. my best time with the 2-1 kit was 8.41, with my stock carbs i ran 8.30, any predictions on what i will run with my carbs jetted right and 2 sizes bigger front sproket. thanks Matt
  5. i run an 8.30 right now. say i put a 15/40 on this would help me out much time wise cause i spin and lift the front up like a mother on my hoosiers
  6. what times are yall running with the reallly big front sprockets i run one size bigger in the front and stock back and im about wound out in an 1/8. it seems like it would be a whole lot slower with the bigger sprockets. I really dont see how that could make you faster?? maybe yall can explain this too me a lil better i hit 80mph though with this gearing whats yalls speed. Matt

Hey everyone been a while since i have been on..While i was gone i got a mild port job done to my banshee and i am wanting or thinking about getting new carbs or the 2-1 set up. i drag race in an 1/8 about 2 times a month and ride roads once or twice a week. all my mods are in my sig. My question is what size carb(s) should i get and should i get the 2-1 set up or just stick to the duals...thanks alot Matt Adams
  9. I Want to buy a 2N1 Carb kit preferrably trinity racing, but the other brand may work if the price is right. if possible i need one with a 35mm carb but the 33 will do. Thanks Matt Adams

  11. good time!!! last summer i took mine though the 1/8 and i ran a 8.71 at 76mph. i just got my cylinders ported polished and bored 20 over so i am sorta wondering how it will run this time but i gotta wait till the spring...Matt
  12. ok i finally got it running the people that had it before me said they unhooked the rev limited switch coming from the clutch and i went to check last night and it was still hooked up so i unhooked it and it is now running im goin to go buy some new jets and a 30 pilot and i will let everyone now how it turns out thanksfor the help.   14. i got my banshee ported polished and bored 20 over but it sucks ass becuase i cant get the mother fucker running right!!!!! it will idle but when i give it gas and put it in gear it will only go like 2mph wide open
  15. i forgot to put that i had my reed cages ported also. also where is the pilot jet at.
  16. hey i just got my motor back and i bored it 20 over and had it ported. i had 280 jets in it and it would not revv at all. then i put my stock jets in and it would idle really good but still it wouldnt rev. so i dont have a clue with what is wrong, also i am running stock carbs cause i cant afford new ones right now, so any help would be greatly appreciated
  17. if i am not mistaking wiseco's smallest piston size after stock bore was .020 but i am boring mine .020 and getting it ported right now i cant wait till i get to ride it ohh yeah wiseco is the only way to go for pistons..Matt
  18. yeah i have been doing that but still it willnot fit on the disk. i have my parking break disconected so wouldnt that not make it be a factor??? thanks again Matt
  19. Hey i got the vitos brake pads and all i have had time to do so far are the rear brakes but im telling ya i have never in my life had so hard of a time getting them on on the disk. I was wondering is there any screw i can loosen that may spread make it a little bit wider. I have bled the brake lines as much as i can so that isnt a problem, also i have grinded the pads down a little bit also but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot Matt
  20. well if it flipps backwards you need to lean or get up on the gas tank and if it flips sideways you need to lean into your turns or get wider a arms

Hey I am sorry but i think i am goin to try a honda now, but anyways i was wondering if anyone had a stock 86-89 frame and a motor(doesnt have to run and frame needs to be straight) or no of anywhere i could get these cheap besides ebay. it is time for winter and i am trying to find something to tinker around with on them cold messy days.
