Those are in fact the old trinitys. My old Banshee had them on it when I bought it. I swapped them for some FMFs and sold the Trinitys on ebay. I think I got like $100-150 I dont really remember.

No powdercoating is not a bad idea. It is the best "paint" you can use on your frame. Silvervain is very durable coating also. It sounds like Cotton eyed Joe has had some bad experiances with coaters. Just make sure you tell him what YOU want and do not accept shotty work.

I just recived my Trinity set up today and hope to install it very soon. I hope it works out good.

Yes all Im saying is we have buying power right here on HQ. All we need to do is find out what people want. Then we contact a dealer/manufacture and tell them that we have X number of people that want something and see what they can do about the price. I have also seen it work in the other direction (better if you ask me) where you contact the dealer/manufacture first. They will say I will give you this product at this price if you can get this many people to buy at the same time. I would be willing to organize a group deal. Right now I am in the market for a set of front shocks. So if there is any intrest in that let me know and I will call around and see what I can do to get us a good price.

The T6s were just an example. We could do it with anything.

I got to thinking and want to know why we dont try to do group deals? I am/have been part of alot of other fouums/e-mail lists that get a bunch of people together that all want the same mod. Then someone contacts the manufacture or reseller and tells them that we have say 20 people that will order this thing from you. What can you do about the price? For example, Lets say the Toomy T6s come out and toomy is asking $550 for them. Well if we could get 15-20 people that all want the new pipes then we could talk Toomy into giving us a better price. And we could get pretty much anything we wanted at a discounted price if enough people want the same thing at the same time.

I am running two but thats only because I dont have the funds to go to the one carb set up yet.

I like it ALOT more than the old one.
