Kicker Rebuild Or Holyman Mod?
Barracuda replied to Justintoxicated's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I know its cheesy and if you dont get it rebuilt in time, just get a smallbungee cord, secure one end to the frame near the kicker, wrap the bungee around the kicker a few times, then back to the frame. One it wont rattle all weekend, and mre importantly, it wont fall off when riding. RoostKing... -

Not to mention, hope your rich, cause you aint buyin chit for a house under $400,000 or more.. Were 5 hours from Vegas, 3 hours to Flaggstaff for summer riding, skiing in the winter, Rocky point Mexico, Glamis, Lakes out the ass. Its awesome here! Roostking...

The Cinders is definently something to ride! Like TheChozen said, that is the EASY hill out there. There are some hills that will pucker you up good and tight. The place is a blast to ride and the surrounding area is B E A UTIFUL! Camping in the trees, awesome temps, tons of trails to ride.. A set of cheap molded paddles are recommended. They will last. Dont bring Haulers, unless you dont care if they are destroyed. RoostKing...

Thanks for the replies, I know that some real fast banshees run the power pros, so i didnt really (obviously) take his advice. I like the fact they have silencers as well. I dont know how strict they are going to be at the dunes(Glamis) as far as sound levels. Thanks again! RoostKing...

I bought a set of Power Pro drag pipes, but my engine builder said they sucked. I only paid 200 for them and they are in great shape . they look like they have hardly beed used. Good deal or not? RoostKing...

Bought a Tri Z converted to run a banshee motor
Barracuda replied to Barracuda's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
EHEHEH, Hey your the one who told me you were having some margaritas on the day of the possible purchase. But trust me, I didnt even think of that Actually I did come by this past Sunday, but i thought youd be gone boating, and I assume you were. I did have a good time that day and do plan on hanging out again. I will get your paddle sback to you by this weekend at the latest! See if that one guy can get you the fender, I have his sprocket off. Also, I think I got the frame peices figured out, and I must say, that guy did a pretty good job on the conversion, I dont see any problems cropping up.. Ill talk to you later! RoostKing... -

Bought a Tri Z converted to run a banshee motor

Well I picked up the roller chassis for $500. got it home and put the pieces together and im a impressed with the guy who did the conversions work. The frame pieces all bolt together real nice, and everything lines up good. I took some pictures that I will get scanned and post... Until then, take a look here It needs some wiring, but nothing major. brakes work, suspension is good. Take a look http://forums.bansheehq.com/viewtopic.php?t=9110 Not the best pics, but you can see the trike with the RZ350 still installed(I wish it was there when I bought it for $500 (LOL) Frame and everything is good quality chrome, the plastic is in bad shape though, so its getting hacked until I get something else. I dont anticipate having to actually race that many people. My current quad setup allows me to beat 85% of the people at Oldsmobile, so once I get this motor in the ATC frame with drag pipes, I think most people are going to be intimidated and not want to race. Thats my hope anyways. The less I have to ride it, the less chance I get hurt on it LOL.. I am mainly buying it for sand drags on a groomed course. Some hillshooting.... If I wasnt meeting some people in Colorado to do some riding, Id have my motor yanked out of the banshee by now.. Ill keep ya updated... Thanks THEECHOSENONE! RoostKing... -
Since my motors done, i need suspension... RoostKing...

Ive got a love/hate relationship with my twist. It loves to wheelie up, and i hate when that happens, cause then i try to hang on and end up gassing it! taken a few spills that way, but getting much better. It does keep those people away from riding your bike.. "Sure you can ride it, you are comfortable with a twist, right???" They pass RoostKing...

Barracuda replied to Barracuda's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Thanks for all the replies, I picked up my motor yesterday. Cant wait to get it going. I had Kenz Cycle tech in Mesa, AZ build this motor. Ive talked to a few of his customers and they seem to be happy with it. One guy wont ride his, says it scares him, its so fast. Bring it on! Ill let you know how it runs! RoostKing...
