Shanetbolt

I was out at Silver Lake Dunes three weeks ago for my first time and had a great time. Ok enough about that, but it was there when I felt my Shee skipping like the chain was waaayyy loose. I checked the chain and it was fine and am now thinking I might have transmission issues. Before I take the engine apart, does anyone have any ideas, forks, drum, worn gears, bent shift shaft????? Any help would be apreciated. Shane
