Hello. I am restoring a banshee in Japan. I bought an FMF muffler the other day and am currently setting it up. But I can't get the setting.
My hope is that I want to protect the engine, so it runs properly, but the plugs are a little black.
I've seen various people, but I wonder if the climate is different from Japan, or if the range of custom is different, or because the conditions are different.
All of my specifications are normal, except for the exhaust. The current setting of the carburetor is No. 240 for the main and #25 for the pilot #25 Second from the top of the needle In this state, it rotates from low to medium speed without feeling caught. It has a decent amount of power, but it's not completely pretty, and it's a little dull.
The number 250 is even duller, and you can't find it even if you change the needle position or look for the right place with the pilot screw. The burnt color of the plug is also black or white, and you cannot see the burnt color of the vest. The number 260 is too dull to turn cleanly.
If the air cleaner box is the same as standard, and only the muffler is changed to an outside such as FMF, what kind of setting is it? The climate may be different, but I would like to refer to it, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me. Thank you.
