  1. My banshee ran fine before I put two new floats on it but now it does not idle and it sounds like it’s starving of air I don’t know what to do it has good compression and the carb jets are definitely clean. Please give me some ideas if you can.
  2. It started right after I replaced exhaust seals and spark plugs
  3. 122 psi both cylinders
  4. Hi guys my banshee recently has been pretty difficult to start it takes like 15 kicks and needs choke even though it’s summer. Once I get it running it revs out great but when I lug it around and give it too much throttle in too high of a gear the quad floods and runs like it blew a plug. The quad if I let it sit for a bit starts up again and runs fine. What do you guys think this could be? The mixture screws are set at one full turn out.
  5. Yeah it connected
  6. The slides weren’t adjusted properly that’s what caused the idle issue but now the quad kicks back at me hard when I try to start it. did I screw up the wiring? The timing is at 0 and the carbs are in sink so maybe it’s a ground causing this the only ground that I messed with is the one on the voltage regulator some help would be great.
  7. I painted the frame on my Yamaha banshee so I took everything apart, when I put it together I started it and it instantly sores to full throttle. It ran perfect before I took it apart I really doubt it’s a vacuum leak maybe I screwed up something with the wiring like a ground but I doubt that too. It’s also not the throttle slides their in the correct position and don’t get stuck. What should I check next?
