  1. When I thought of fat bars I always thought it would be nice to have a fat bar in your hand. So what is the attractiuon to fattys. Why change the bracket to have fat bars that taper down Thanks Paul
  2. What are you recommending? That we wait untill a piston skirt comes apart and turns a $250.00 topend rebuild into a crank replacement or more. :shock: :roll: :wink: I had it happen, not fun to go without riding for months A two bit mechanic with a screw driver, 12mm socket and a tourqe wrench should be able to pull the jugs and put them back in 6 hours, easy. Makes me feel better!
  3. Good to hear that I don't need to be concerned about my topend for a while. :wink: I changed domes yesterday and went ahead and pulled the jugs to look at the pistons and rings. At 30-40 hours The pistons still look very good.
  4. I have heard 20 and it seems like over kill to me. I'm talking about a shee with the normal bolt ons and trail / mx porting if it makes a difference. I wanted to see what every one thinks :wink:
