  1. Hello Everyone! I've been following this topic for a while.. I'm in need of some help with jetting my stock carbs (TORS still there). I've searched around the older posts and haven't figured out as to why I'd need to setup the following jetting. The quad was taken to some local shop here and I'm 100% sure they fucked up everything after replacing the broken piston (top rebuild). Reason for that is I'm seeing the quad power has been decreased dramatically after a rebuild last season and probably the shop it was at messed something up since then it was overheating like crazy in the winter (18 degrees celsius at the time). With that being said, the current elevation is at sea level and expecting the termperatures between 20-30 degrees celsius next month, I mainly run the banshee over the dunes majority of the time. I'm pretty sure mine is set way too rich as the engine is vibrating harshly unless a rev it off idle. I'm currently running this setup on my quad: Toomey T5 Exhaust & Silencers Stock Cylinders (Pretty sure my pistons are 64mm or 64.45mm, it's been a year I'd have to check again) V-Force 4 Reeds 2x K&N Single Filter Pods So far I've gathered the following, let me know if that's a good way to start off from there: 280 Mains Stock Pilot 3rd clip on the toomey needle (That I'd need to buy Toomey's Jett Kit as I'm pretty sure I got the stock ones) 1.5 Turns on air/fuel ratio I'd have to order a jetting kit off from US and ship it to Dubai so I'd need to know where to start off. If someone here can help me out here or guide me. I would totally appreciate that! Cheers!
