So looking at buying cases but they have scruffs on them from a broken rod !! My question is is this still okay to use or will it affect anything ??

So I was put in my case is back together and snagged all the bolts down and talk them to spec hour later came back down and noticed the sprocket seal on the transmission back left a little bit of it was popping out even part of it was an incorrect little bit was out not by much I was able to push it in with my fingers so I don't think it was out by much will this be a problem do you think
