  1. This post might be 9 years old but it might help somebody else out now. And i don't know why some synthetics will and some won't but i know first hand that it can.
  2. Is that maybe semi synthetic because i have had dozens of bikes and quads that synthetic oil slicked up the plates to the point of slipping . When you take it apart it still looks like brand new but it will not grab in the higher gears under a lot of throttle.
  3. Are you running a synthetic oil in your transmission? If you are it will make your clutch slip.
