Anyone know of a good place to buy 5 gallons of C12?

Pulled exhaust and all good, cross over tube installed and slides are in correct carb.

Looking for any help or suggestions to get my Banshee back running. Bike sat up about 10 years in shed. Decided to get it back running. Things I did to get it ready to go Cleaned out carburetors Bought new fuel New spark plugs I can't get it to start or even act like it wants to. I am getting spark on both plugs, have been through carbs a couple times to double check. Reeds look good, compression is 180 psi in both cylinders and I have C12 race fuel. I am getting fuel to cylinders, but questioning whether I am getting too much and it is flooding and wont start. I am starting to run of out things to check. Checked flywheel and pickup, everything was good. What to do next?
