Yamaha Banshee Clunking noise

Hopefully not. Could it be the magnet on the flywheel? -
So last summer, my clutch ball welded to my clutch rod. I finally got time to tear into it, got new pistons, head, clutch plates, clutch actuator arm, and ball and rod. It started in a few kicks then died, and doesn’t want to run. When I push the Kickstarter down, it makes a slight clunking noise. Any help??
