Build triple port exhaust 4mil stroker 35mm carbs cut domes 20cc domes vforce4 What gas should I run and does 110 have benefits over 93?

Mods triple port exhaust 4mil stroker crank vforce 4 35mm carbs Play port Domes cut I currently have t5s, is it worth buying CPIs or shears? Will I see major gain going from t-5s to CPIs or shears? new to this.
