  1. I’ll start this with I know it’s out there but everything I see is way back for early 2000’s. I have a 96 banshee with a brand new 392 serval and do dirt road and trail riding right now I’m at stock gearing with 18’s on rear what is a good configuration one front a rear sprockets to get awesome lows and better highs. Also with shearer in frame pipes
  2. That I didn’t do. I looked at it from the top and it seems to work fine no grinding it works smoothly
  3. The clutch pads are all new and was working awesome till the push rod and ball welded it’s self to the slack adjuster the only things that changed was the rod ball and a new pancake barring. When I took the clutch cover off and pulled clutch in I can see the pressure plate it working
  4. Ok just put my 392 serval on did 5 heat cycles. Went for a ride last Saturday got my first tank through her on the ride back I got slack in my clutch lever immediately I said fu.ck me. Clutch still engaged but not all the way enough still to shift but stiff. Mind you I put all new clutches in and pads pulse basket stay with me if filling you in on what all has been done for this last issue. So I got drained and pulled clutch cover to find rod and ball welded to slack adjuster. But seems actuator arm is fine pulled push rod and ball + OEM slack adjuster and replaced with all new rod ceramic ball and pancake. Filled with oil and ran for about 7-10 minutes to warm up and get oil working drove it around the yard parked it. Now when I start it shift into 1st it pops forward and stalls. WTF pulled clutch cover pulled clutch pressure plate moves but yet after all back together still pops and stalls please help
  5. I bought everything from Jeff at fast head and cylinders domes. He definitely is a big help not a lot of people I know like that talks you through everything
  6. Yes gusto I have the carbs they are 35mm PWK air strikers. my crank is trued and welded already fast is sending my jets just looking for a good start point. I’m use to my EFI raptor 700. How do I know if I have the right ones you know not to rich or lean
  7. Ok guys I’m new to the whole banshee building movement I have been on 4 strokes for a long while now but I’ve had a banshee just haven’t got into the building till now. I just ordered a 392 serval Stock stroke kit : yes I know 4 mil is the better but I’m on a 5 kids only Income budget: I’m going to run 40:1 and have 35mm pwk air strikers with shears in frame pipes. With the FAST cool head could I get some help with a starting point on jetting. Please and thanks
