  1. Thanks for the response. I forgot to add, I did dissamsemble and clean the carbs thinking it could have been a clogget pilot jet, no change. I do not have a leak down tester but will be ordering and testing. In hindsight I should have done this first after rebuild. I havent split the cases so I guess to be fair ive only seen half of the crank seal.
  2. I recently got my cylinders ported along with the porting I rebuilt the top end. 0.60 over weisco, all new gaskets, and port. Both cylinders had 150 psi at around 1110 feet. Fired up first real kick, sounded good, huge improvement in throttal response giving it a quick blip in neutral. The bike sat for a few weeks until this weekend. I increased the timing to +5 and purchased some vp110. My plan was to try and find the perfect ratio of race gas to pump for my application. While doing this I noticed the bike felt a little off (listening for pinging in garage). I noticed less smoke on the right side. Put my hand on the pipe and it was pretty cold, the right cylinder was not as hot as the left. I can tell by it idling and blipping the throttal it's not quite right feels like the right side is at like 25-50% "power" when I give it throttal the smoke is much more white on the right side. Symptoms: Cooler right side cylinder/pipe Some drops of oil dripped out the right side where the expansion chamber and silencer meet into clutch cover. Whitish smoke on right side Right plug is wet Things I've checked: Head gasket - brand new, still removed head and inspected re-installed. Checked plugs and wires, both spark and switched right to left. Cdi, wires , and boots are brand new. Top of left piston looks like it's been ran. Top of right piston looks basically new and very silver. Crank case seal - looks fine Carbs are synced Put timing advance back to +4. So far nothing aa solved this problem, any ideas?
