Then a 1/4 turn? -
So I must have torqued the head light when breaking her in so I got some water in my cylinders, can't remember the full flow of the coolant what seal and or gaskets may I have to replace to get her purring again? Thanks for the help

I've found a sick looking white carbon fiber set of plastics... but wait let's start at the beginning. Mind you this is my first quad. A few years ago I found a cheap farm fuck around banshee for 900. It was beaten and neglected. I moved to Florida and left it in South Dakota. When I moved back I rode it til she blew up and it say for a year. I found the title this spring, so I decided to go thru it and threw a 411 kit in her from BP racing. She rips around before powerband like she was in the band before. I got her licensed and insured now and have to throw a light kit on her.. figured id need more electricity so all new parts ordered and on the way. I got pivot works bushings all the way around. When I get to 70ish she gets pretty wobbly. Haha. Wheels will be next, those recommendations are welcome too.. I'll want to play with gearing soon, maybe later this fall. But I'm looking at getting some plastic for her but the kid that sold it to me said it had an oversize fuel tank. Its more than 5. I might be willing to sacrifice the capacity. 3.2 I believe is the biggest you can have and still use the tank covers correct? Basically I'm looking for helps locating a stock tank or something that you can still use the covers with. Or even if someone know of a white carbon tank. I've done a little looking but there are way to many to go thru and the reviews would be better coming strait from the best community for it.. Thanks for your time guys.. Peyton

What does everyone recommend for Reed's? V4's seem to be the best I've seen, unless I can by some magical reason run across vf2's -

I got the 5g. Tank so mileage isn't huge but I'd still be able to ride for a little while so I'm not looking for stations all the time... yeah 28's sound like the route I'll be going. Thanks for the input. -

Havent looked too much at wheels yet, I'll be tring to keep the most knobby dot tire I can find.
-
I'll put the cap at about 4 grand I would like to keep her under 3-4 grand I'm looking just to make her mean but without trenching the case.
-
Shes a stock 03' andn I need new cylinders and I want to do a 4 mil stroke. I guess what I'm looking for is recommendations on 4 mil builds. I got her street legal so I dont want to go too crazy, but its always good to know for future reference

So I bought a 95 about five years ago but I moved to Florida and left it in south dakota for three. My pa started her up and would put around on it from time to time, but when I pulled her out she lost so much power the last ride and then wouldn't start to get it to the garage. . I'm pretty sure it was stock .. I guess what I'm asking is what I'll all need to rebuild the whole thing, and maybe give her some more brapp?

carbs? why what size when? OPEN DEBATE

Thanks for the info guys... I'll keep ya updated on the progress... gonna be on house arrest for three months so I'll have plenty of time to get her purring

Yeah I got the top end apart, looks like rings killed the pistons I guess I'm now asking who are good porters, my boss told me porting is huge and told me to get it dune ported. and what do I have to change if I do want to little to big stuff... like most important things. Bore, what's max, but I dont wanna kill myself, I'm a buck fifty soaking wet. Like in somewhat safe range to not be on the verge of blowing it up. I'm pretty mechanically inclined I just dont know where to start and this is the first place I turned to

I dont wanna spend over 2 on it... believe its bone stock besides t5s
