Yes I’m lookin at the frame numbers below the shifter on the frame

It looks official machined on there I just don’t understand why it has digits the way it is

hey guys new guy here need some info on what year banshee I have I know it’s the 10th digit already but here the thing there only 9 digits it’s similar to an engine number anyone ever come across this? Maybe a replacement frame? Idk when I bought it I got told it was a 98 but trying to make sure this is what the frame number looks like example ( *3gg-123456*) any help appreciated thanks
