Main Jets = 290 Pilot Jets = 25 also how would I go about ditching the boost bottle do I have to buy something to replace it because that’s what I bought it like, I’ve read a lot of bad about them

Hey guys I’m new to the forum but I know there’s a lot of knowledgeable people on here.... anyways. I Bought an 01 Banshee about a month ago and here’s the mods -t5 pipes and silencers -Boost Bottle -Tors Delete kit I believe that’s it so it is pretty much almost stock, I have 290 mains and stock 25 pilots in the carbs with air screws 2.5 turns out. I’m also at 700ft above sea level. My issue is when it idles it starts to rev pretty high, but then if I pull the choke out it goes back to idling the way it should. It also bogs and cuts in and out at low throttle but mid range and up it hauls a$$!!, especially in the powerband. I have cleaned carbs twice but nothing has changed and the slides are in correctly. I was thinking maybe my pilot jet is just too lean and I need to go to 27.5’s Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
