I figured out the problem some one hooked up the TOR's connector all it was was the white triangular plug had to disconnect it. Then it ran perfect! Rode in for about 15 mins and decided to hook up my after market head light and I thing I may have grounded it out the bike was running and all of a sudden everything lost power. Any ideas what it could be or where to start looking for the problem! It wouldnt kick over at all or even try to start after that.

I finally got my bike running after 4 days when finished I was hooking up my aftermarket headlight and grounded it out while it was running and it killed all power to my bike and it won't kick over or any thing! Need some ideas how to fix or even where to start trying to fix!

My bad saying it was a 94 it's actually a 2001 I don't know if that makes a difference or not! Thanks again for all your help

None of that makes sense beacuse it ran perfect before I went away. So I finally got it started the cylinder was in wrong so fixed that and it fires and idals but when u hit the gas it dies no matter where the adjustments are at. As far as I can find went a quarter turn all the way in and out on the idle control knobs and same with the air mixture and can't figure any thing out to make it so it won't die. But it idle perfect. What should I do now???

#1 yes. #2 yes. #3yes. #4 yes. #5 increased the fuel not sure I got the fuel knob about 2 1/2 turns out from closed. #6 not sure what a petcock is i know that the fuel lines got gas in them! Thank everyone for there help it is really appreciated. I'm going to try synchronise the valves now and miss around with it and see what I can come up with will check back when I'm done!

Why do I guys think that 4 strokes are better bikes then 2 strokes? I like the sound of a 2 stroke but was always under the impression that they were a lot meaner of bikes. Am I miss I informed?

I got compression and spark, the carbs are clean and all the interior parts floats pin plastic piece and I turned the air flow in each carb 1 1/2 turns that's where YouTube said to start and go from there not sure how far out to have the fuel valve but it's at 2 1/2. From what I saw it should start. Unless for some major reason the slides are completely out of wack, I presume. Dose that sound right to u? And I always give the throttle a little push while starting it. The bike has always been really hard to start the first time and after it starts u can kick it and it's as smooth as butter. Starts every time is that normal?

Ok let me start, I went to prison for a lil over a year. My sister stored my bike for me in the shed and it worked perfect before I went a little hard to kick when it was cold bit after the first time it started it would kick over ever time. Now when I got back it was stored on its 2 back tires standing straight up and down. Gas was still I'm it and the gas line was open the whole time. Don't know if any of this has any thing to do with it not starting. But got home changes the plugs drained the gas and put new gas in it checked the plugs they are getting spart. Couldn't kick or push start it. Talked to my friend he said that my carbs prob need to be cleaned after it sitting for so long it will leave white flakey stuff in the carbs. So I did and the 1st one I pulled out was perfect mabe a lil dirty but def nothing that I felt wouldn't stop it from starting. But then when I took the other one off in the bottom of the bowl there was like clear and white gunk. Right on the top of the nut that holds the plastic piece on. So I cleaned them exactly how they say to do them on line and watched nemorous videos and am sure that I did it right my floats looked good the little pointy things didn't have any rings or were not scuffed up looks good. So they said put them back the same way I took them out a little easier said then done. But after I was done and screwed the caps with the needles my throttle cable was at full slack and then I pulled the caps off and played with them till the throttle seamed right. Then tried to crank it up and nothing. Tried for like 15 mins then tried to push start it and sounded like it wanted to go but would never come alive. So any ideas? I watched a few more videos on you tube and it says that I want to put my carbs in sync and when I drop my throttle cable my pistons should make a clinking noise. Then watch both of them and make sure they go up at the same time from start to the very top then. Use the adjusters to get them perfect and then start my idle control and or air control valve at 1.5 turns each start it and then adjust the throttle cables so the idle and rev the same speed. But the only problem I have with this is that he threw his carbs way out of wack and his still started up fine but ran a little ruff. Just wondering if mine are really that out of wack it won't start. Or it could be something else. I'm tired of taring it apart and messing with it. Thinking I'm going to fuck it up. Reason I say that when I went to prison the bike ran pristine now I can't get it to even fire it up no matter what I do please guide me in the right direction!!
