  1. Hi Ginger. Thanks for the reply. I have thought about that, the thing is I would need to buy a model year that woukd have the same color frame, same color shocks, etc. etc. The white 2006 model has those same colors as the 2006 Yellow SE. I was looking at one the other day but it was not in good shape, I want something new or something that would look "As new". If I could buy a brand new one then I would do it right away.
  2. Hi, thank You for the reply. Do you have any info where I can buy one brand new on a crate, that's what I am looking for, can you pm me or send me an email with the info? Thanks a lot
  3. Nobody selling a 2006 Yellow Banshee in mint condition?
  4. Thanks a lot Ginger for the input, very helpful.
  5. Guys, If I add porting and instead of the Rad Valve I add a V force 4 and change the atiomey T6 for T5's, what jetting do you think would give me pretty close? If Just don't want to buy a bunch and start trying, I am sure with your experience and guys running similar set ups ypu can get me pretty close. I am at sea level and temp is 80-90. Thank You
  6. The description does not say, are those K&N? Thos seems tombs straight and not angled, right?
  7. Maybe they have the 6", I can ask, just wanted to know if the 6" would be a good option too.
  8. Thank You. What about these 6" ? http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=251182076542
  9. Do you run the 6" and angle K&N or straight, what size? Thank You
  10. with my set up, what filter set up do you think I should run? I won't ever run dunes, trails from time to time and mostly I will use the Banshee at my farm.
  11. Thank You Zilla for the input. Yes, they keep telling me to run a 25 pilot and 280 main and I will have Pipes, Pods, Rad valve and adjustable stator at +4, I have been Reading a lot and asking here for advice and I think they are crazy telling me to run that with the mods I have. I agree, time to stop listening to them, can't agree that a 25 pilot and 280 main is suitable for my mods.
  12. Thank You. I think I would like to keep the engine stock and get the most performance posible with this set up. I was also thinking, last night about porting and getting the Toomey T5 instead of the T6.
  13. Yes, I am talkingthe Toomey 2:1 Aitr filter vs Uni Pods vs K&N Pods, I wonder which pne would give me more performance but you say I won't noticed any difference between the 3? That might be true but I am sure one of those has to be better and show better numbers in a dyno?
  14. What do you mean by staying with stock carbs, I am not planning on changing them.
  15. I will never do dunes, only trails and around open large spaces in my ranch where I can run fast (most of the time) and trails will be from time to time, not too often. I would like to run the set up that would give me the best performance, what do you recomend the Toomey 2:1, Uni Pods or K&N Pods? Is any of those going to increase HP a little? Thank You
  16. Yes, that's right. Do you think it would be tru that their 2:1 flows more than Pods? I have asked him twice and he keeps saying yes of but of course he won't say different if he works for Toomey, I wonder of there are any flow tests in the web about their 2:1 and flows for the K&N, etc. will look right now for those.
  17. Thanks a lot bro. Yes, I agree with you, it's better to start a tad rich, that's very smart. THank You Again for your help and advice. Some more info that they gave me, in case it helps anybody, I asked them about the different Air filter options and they replied this: "YES, WE GOT THE GOOD SUFFICIENT FLOW WITH VENTILATED AIRBOX, INDIVIDUAL FILTERS WERE LESS FLOW BECAUSE OF TURBULENCE CAUSED BY THE FILTERS BEING SO CLOSE TO THE CARBURETOR, AND THE 2:1 WAS BEST FLOW BECAUSE OF ITS AERODYNAMICS AND RESTORATION OF LOST AND NEEDED INTAKE TRACT LENGTH."
  18. Hi I told Toomey that some of you guys were recommending to install a 27.5 pilot instead of the 25 cause you thought it might be a Little lean and this is what they replied "Why would you think the #25 is too lean?, the airscrew setting is 1.5 turns out, the effective range is .5 to 2.5 turns, so 1.5 is the middle, one would only change to a richer pilot jet if the airscrew setting was improving at .5 and it is still lean, then you change pilot jet (fuel control) and return the air screw to 1.5 and keep testing. We have never seen any instance where a richer pilot jet is needed."
  19. Thank You Guys. So looks like If I run this, I should be spot on pr pretty close: 300 mains 27.5 pilot Toomey Needle on 4th position Air Screw 1.5 turn out That looks to be about righ, correct? Thanks
  20. Thanks a lot for your reply and help. On The needle, Yes, I a planning on installing the one that Toomey has in their perfect jetting. For the stock engine (no porting) yes, Toomey had just replied that the T6 is the best. Before deciding to add the RAD valves I had send an email to Toomey and they replied that the best performance will be if I use they Perfect Jetting kit which is 280 main and their needle. For the Pilot he recommended the stock 25. I told him everybody else was telling me 300-320 for main and 27.5 for Pilot and he replied that most people don't have the equipment to determine this and they do, he keeps insiting on 280 main and 25 pilot. I sent him another email saying I was going to buy the RAD valve as well so if I needed to change the 280 main and 25 pilot or what he recommened, he has not replied. They recommend their needle in the 4th position. What do you think?
  21. Thanks a lot guys for the replies. Thanks hoppedupandcutdown for the instructions. I did read them from start to finish and noticed they say the Perfect Jetting kit is also taking into consideration the use of RAD Valves which I will be also adding. For the needle I will definately use the one Toomey supplies and adjust it to thje fourth position For main jets they recommend 280 and some of you are recommending 300-320 For pilot they recommend the stock 25 and you guys the 27.5 Airscrew they recommend same as you guys, 1.5 turns out I think the plan could be the following: Option A: should be to buy the 300-310-320 mains and the 27.5 Pilot and start of by installing what Toomey recomends, if I need to make changes I will already have the other 3 mains and pilot. OptionB: Go straight to install the 300 main (first) and the 27.5 pilot and just use Toomey's needle? Which option do you recommend? THank You Again
  22. Thank You. I think I will use Toomey's needles. Also, I have decided to also add a Rad valve, model RAD-36A, this would make me change the jetting, right? What should I change if I add the RAD valve? What mains, pilot, needle position and air screw turn? thank You
