Yes I have the choke tube in place and yes the bowls are in the same ones as I cleaned them out . So any suggestions? Because it's clear that my carbs are not feeding the engine automatically how it should be

I have a 2003 Yamaha Banshee twin 350 and I bought it a couple months ago it ran hard very good but the guy did tell me I had to adjust the carbs. My problem is that it won't start I have new coil pack and spark plugs, fresh fuel 32:1, and Fresh rebuild Carbs . It will only start if I put gas manually thru the carbs can it be the reeds? I haven clear fuel lines so I can see gas flowing into the carbs
