Stock carbs stock head but has light portjob and pro circuit pipes budged would be 3k give or take

So I just bought a 99 banshee had it 3 days and boom seized up crank bearing and had a lose plug so I want to build a fast trail bike that I can still drag around what kind of options do I have and I want to have neutral down I want reliable but I want a fast bike I wouldn't mind losing some reliability over power...lol
