Whats the highest you can run an adjustable CDI box with out running racing gas and what dome size on stock engine

I dont know if this motors been touched so i beleive im running stock pistons. Whats better to run the stock piston or dome piston?

Do i need to change stock piston to run a dome head on a cool head? And what cc dome would i need to use on stock motor without switching to racing gas and get the most compression?
