Help trying to remove welded push rod

Thanks for the tips...I have already removed the engine from the bike...it appears that the ball welded to the screw inside the push rod behind the pressure plate and to the actuator... -
Trying to remove the clutch basket so that I can get into the engine to remove a welded push rod but have hit a problem. I cannot remove the small nut attached to the screw and cannot simply pull them out because I think that might be welded. What can I do to remove this?
