Vibration and tapping sound after TORS elimination

Hello all, I have a stock 97 banshee. It ran ok before I did the tors elimination. Now once the engine is warm , it idles high and it's starts vibrating and there in a tapping sound a few times. What should I check and do first to find out what it could be? I am a total noob at quads. Thank you.
