Never did a plug chop dont know how to read it or do it

Dont think its eletrical i changed coil once its hard to idle and when i hold the throttle a pinch to let it war up or sit on cylinder will be on when i hit the call both be on but seem like it just wont clear up

150main52 pilot I have more jets otw so i can go down on pilot Never looked to see what clip the needle is on Problems i have it wont open up all they way when i drag But in the street or playing around it will And some times one cylinder will drop

Is it possible to run those carbs and just change jets?
