  1. Ok I think I got it tell me Whatchall think! Adjusted without cable attached I left it alittle to the left side (on left side by stator) then fine tuned it up top
  2. To clear all the confusing sorry guys lol Factory clutch except for tusk clutch material and metal Cascade pancake bearing currently have short rod in. This is the rod to use? So to adjust unhook clutch cable on handle bars from lever, pull arm toward clutch side adjust till it lines up? Then connect cable and fine tune it??
  3. i have the cascade kit comes with 2 sized rods big or small?
  4. all together having issue with adjusting pancake bearing now any advise? all brand new rod ball arm clutch cable? all torqued properly and aligned i have the casade brand i had the short rod in coudnt get arrows to line up
  5. so unhook it from the arm itself adjust from clutch side? set it that way with it alittle past the arrow on stator side of case then attach cable and fine tune it on level?

So my clutch rod and ball and actuator were all welded, split the case replaced with all new components new rod,ball and clutch arm, seals etc purchased a pancake bearing so it won't happen again, installed new clutch cable went to adjust and it doesn't seem to line up anyone see anything wrong? Tried the small and big adjuster that came with bearing clutch is lined up right As well as Torqued properly but the arrows won't line up
  7. ok so 240 main jets installed bowls on correct sides, 30 pilot jets, where should i put needle 4th clip down is stock is 5th to much?
  8. turns out my bowls were on the wrong side!
  9. ill check when i get back home all my main jets and pilots came in today
  10. in the bowls is says 1-1 1-2
  11. ill take a pic of them tonight they are marked on bottom?? where can i find just the bowls
  12. a new bowl how come thats the thing that holds the gas correct?? i have a vetto carb kit on the way cause my needles are different in my carbs also it comes with the right pilot for a banshee its a 30 stock is 25 correct?>

  14. carbs on on correct sides i checked that wheres a good place to get pilots and main jets? ebay??
  15. Stock jets I believe is there a number on them?? And so it's getting to much fuel while cold would wrong jetting cause hard starts?

I did how ever notice I had 2 different needles so I matched them up to the same clips but I feel like I want matching needles to rule that out Low end great, mid great, high top end started to cut out it seemed I'm from Missouri Temp 40-100 (I know I should adjust according to season) Fmf expansion chambers with silencers All else is stock I have carbs off now gonna check the reed conditions when I get home

First day I had it home I pulled plugs and pipes off, I have done compression check but it all was brand new, rode it around with extreme caution as if it wasn't broken When I got it home before I did all that I had to sync carbs replace throttle cable, pipes had no clamps so I replaced that also no air filter so I picked an oem aftermarket one off eBay, took carbs fully apart and cleaned every piece of them both After it sat for a few days it was hard to start seemed like it was getting to much fuel even with the choke pulled then whenever i gave it gas it would sputter and die till it gets warm then it's fine idle great and start up perfect everytime
  18. I'm in the same boat wondering where I should start I have all stock except fmf pipes and silencers stock air box no holes
  19. Been looking online at the fmf power up kit. Is that a waste of money? only thing I've done to carbs is clean them all out good and install it. Just picked it up. Guy before me had a shop rebuild top end and he lost intrest So my question is from here where should I go It has a fmf pipes and silencers on it and still a closed box intake it's hard to start when it's cold and seems like when you give you first give it gas when starting it it bogs down help me out? Sorry for the long into
