You must have a clogged gas line it has happend to me I would install new gas lines there cheap at any auto store also check the inlet were the gas line plugs in anything there I bet when u replace that shit u should be good To go

Elevatedaz is correct the screw on top is the idle and I bet you have your carbs out of sync u need to find that screw or delete kit buddy and sync the carbs
