  1. The DNR can see the difference in the weave pattern of the screen.  Big difference in hole size when compairing sink strainer to spark arrestor screen.

     

    Several people were caught last year by the dnr.  The year before I was able to get in with sink strainer....last year it didnt fly.

     

    Do they do a different test method now? How do they test

    A screen is a screen. How could they tell unless it was done in a poor manor? Glad they don't do that shit in my neck of the woods. Good luck.

  2. I have CPI small bore in frame pipes for my banshee and I need a spark arrested option for the dunes.  Curious what your opinions is on the FMF turbine core 2 silencers vs the CPI silencers.  I like the look of the CPI silencers over the turbine core 2...but the stock CPIs dont have a spark arrestor.

     

    FMF claims that the turbine core doesnt create any extra back pressure over a non spark arrested silencer.  Curious if you guys have seen this or not.

  3. -Shift shaft isn't womped out on the claw end?

    -Is the shift shaft wobbling around in the case? Does it need a bushing in the cases

    -Eccentric bolt is adjusted properly?

    -Are the shift forks bent or worn?

    shift shaft fine, no wobbling, forks in great shape.  Only happens at high RPMs...I wonder if I am over revving it.  I have never had any sort of recreational engine that wont shift due to over revving it.  

  4. back up...I noticed yesterday that I am having issues at high rpm shifting gears.  I already have a Tyson pro cut mod transmission and a brand new shift drum in trans.  Engine is making 73hp on a 4mm build.  If I dont go as high in the RPMs then it will shift fine but once your at the higher RPMs it will not allow me to shift up another gear.  Any idea what this could be?

I am selling my pride and joy that I have spent the past few months building.  I bought this 2006 Special edition with alba graphics last year and it was 100% stock.  Motor had never been rebuilt, the quad was mint when I bought it but I decided to take it to the next level.  I decided I wanted to build the ultimate duner long travel banshee for comfort riding.  I am only selling as the wife wants to get a RZR.

     

    Everything on this bike is less then 2 months old, and less then 3 hours run time.  I have the title for it, and receipts for everything.   Here is a break down of all of the modifications.  Keep in mind everything below is less then 2 months old and has less then 3 hours of use on it.  I have never raced, or beaten on this machine.  It is near perfect condition.  I can take any picture you would like to see of it.  I have the title for this also.  I have all of the stock parts that were removed from the build.

Selling for my cousin.  wiseco 64.5mm pistons for a banshee.  He used these with a short rod 4mm crank.  These pistons are in good shape.  He had 155lbs of compression with a .56 squish.  There is a small bit of detonation mark just above top ring, and typical minor scuff on pistons.   If you would like pictures I will have him email them to you.

     

    $80 shipped for both including paypal fees.
