Only thing I did notice but don't know if that's what going to do that is one of the o rings that goes in under the fiber was broken but the little piece that was broken still went in under the fiber

Yes I had the arrow lined up to the arrow. I also put one of the thrust washers in the one between outer and inner basket because it did not have one when I bought the 4 wheeler so it was making a knocking noise that's why all this happened but what makes it weird is because the clutch worked before I tore it apart and added the other thrust washer and lock washer that was torn up

I did the spacing with the steel plates going around I adjusted the clutch with the arrows on the case. I don't know what else I could have done

I had the arrow on the pressure plate lined up with arrow on inner hub

So the clutch did work but I had to replace a washer on the basket so took the clutch out. Just put everything back and it's doing this in every gear is the clutch shot

[Just got my banshee running weird]

So it has a 170 main jet and a 55 pilot jet and it seems to have stock reeds still in it as well. Doesn't that jetting seem kind of low for it being a big bore with all the other add ons

No I haven't taken off the the pressure plate yet ran out of time going to do that tonight. From what I've been reading it's either the basket bushing is shot, or the nut has come loose. From what I read and can see.
