  1. Sorry guys been really busy, and clarion pa. I could not fine the oem fly wheel I thought I had. Story of my life.
  2. See i have a oem fly wheel back there. And guess what the diameter of the crank is to big for the oem one.
  3. Here's the thing tho, I have a rmstator on right now, do I get another rmstator. I can't get a oem one because it has a aftermarket crank

  8. The key is good, it starts some times. Other times it will back fire and kick my leg back. It's like it's missing
  9. Found out that I have a bad flywheel, and it's most likely missing and out of time. Dose this sound like the source of my problem?
  10. Yeah that did no help. It was already at 1/1.2 turns. I believe it's out of time. My question for you is, the fly wheel. Is it spose to be tight or have a little play/jiggle to it.
  11. Allright, and they are fatty pipes. But I will work with the af and see what's up, but I don't believe it will be the pilot jet because I just randomly started doing this. It was fine before hand.
  12. Yea you were right, it's 30. And no it dose not have it on the air box.
  13. I have fmf Rev pipes, mine jet is 260 pilot is 60, I live in the PA so it fair weather and no crazy elevation. It's around 70-85 when I'm rideing. And it has stock air box

  15. Also bought a stock cdi box thinking that was the issue but no. I have an extra stator and we tired it, but it also ran the same.
  16. We removed the key. It has a vetos pro crank, wiesco pistons. It also has the toris system removed off the carbs.

Hello, I have a 1990 banshee that was freshly rebuilt, it has fmf pipes and proper jetting, it had some spark issues but we found out the key switch went bad. it now starts up and idles, sometimes other times it will back fire when you kick it. But once it is idling it sounds fine until you hit the gas and then its bogs down, we are messing with the timing. but to be completely honestly im clueless what could be causing it ,the carbs are in time and clean, any ideas would really appreciate it.
