  1. That engine and pipes would be perfect for the K&T chassis I'm buying. Damnit I wish I had the money
  2. I've been on various forums for probably ten years, Lil fella is gonna have to do a LOT better than that to get a rise out of me. Haha
  3. Oh man that's luck! I can't find a set at all
  4. Wtf is the stripper pole grille? Guess im out of the loop on that one. Flat bill hats are gay. And as far as my wheels....well.....they're not black either. So you lose on all three counts
  5. Wow.....tell me how ya really feel.
  6. Where did these things go? They've got to be the most bad ass graphics I've ever seen on banshees. Is anyone making reproductions or are they gone forever? For those who don't know, these are the ones I'm talking about.
  7. I love living as close as I do. whipping on four strokes with a CR500 is pretty fun......now I want to do it on four wheels, a banshee is the natural choice for that haha
  8. Its the st. Anthony sand dunes here in Idaho
  9. That looks like a pretty wild ride!
  10. There's just something about that big bore power ain't there? Haha
  11. Mike's race pipe is basically all midrange and top end, it pulls a lot harder for a lot longer than a PC, especially where CPI ported it too. It doesn't come with a silencer, I'm using a PC R304 silencer though Thank ya! I've been deep into 500's for ten years now, I have no pockets left haha
  12. It is, and it is. Haha Of course! If you ever make it up to St. Anthony I'd be happy to let ya take a rip on the ol 5'hundo
  13. CPI pipes are a work of art
  14. Thanks fellas! Bought my first 500 at 16 and had it running alky by the time I was 18, scattered the transmission in it and parted it out. The AF has a trail ported and moderately built engine but isnt 100% finished yet, the other one has CPI drag porting, CPI's race pipe, and runs on straight U4.4, she's a pretty mean bike on the sand but those damn banshees always seem to one up me. Hahahaha. I figure its time to get my own!
  15. Been building high HP CR500's for years and finally decided I need to investigate this dark corner of sand Powersports known as the Yamaha Banshee, i found a good deal on one and I'm gonna pick it up, she'll be purely built for sand drag racing here at the St. Anthony sand dunes. I'll just be gleaning info about what works and what doesn't work, and how to set a machine up to be fast and reliable. I look forward to the learning curve! Here's a few pics of my 500's just for giggles My CR500AF conversion
