They are new pistons, clearance on the box was 0.10mm, clearance at the bottom of the skirt is 0.10mm at the top of the stroke nearly 0.5mm due to the piston taper?????

 

Are there any other options for the 73.5mm pistons? Apart from the Wiseco

Hi

I've recently had my 492 cheetah replated/new Pistons (73.5mm), I went with 0.10mm clearance and it rattles like hell.

I measured the Pistons and they are around .4mm larger at the top to the bottom, currently running Wiscos.

The rattle is that bad it feels little the skirts are about to break.

Are there any other Pistons out there that run may be tighter tolerances...
