    I don't know what brand it is. It does have light tabs on it. There is a Flag mount on it as well. Not bent or dented anywhere. I will provide stainless bolts for it. I made a carbon tag plate for it as well. I can powdercoat the bar for an extra 5 bucks. 50.00 shipped+fees+powder if wanted
