will stock carbs work and what size jets?

I have a j arm banshee that the rod bearing on the crank went out and also burned the top of the piston, fortunately didn't score the cylinder. Thinking about buying a Hotrods 4 ml stroker crank with long rod pistons. What else would I need to do?
