  1. I recently rebuilt the top end of my banshee. Worked great and then we moved more in the country were i could ride it more. I was coming back and i lost some power but then it would be fine then it died and never started again. So I'm taking it back apart thinking had to be the top end again. I took off the reeds and the one on the left cylinder is completely blown back. Im still new to most of the repairs on these atvs. would this cause the bike not to start? I didn't want to mess with the top end again if i didn't have to especially since it hasn't been that many hours on it. any help will be appreciated. Thanks

  2. Ok got rid of tors not it will idle sounds pretty good but i noticed that the right cylinder is pushing more exhaust then the left. Keep in mind this is my first banshee so I'm experiencing this all for the first time. What can I do in order to even it out to where its right. Thanks

  3. Thanks for all the responses. I was frustrated that that day so stopped working on it and went out of town for Memorial weekend. like i said before i left i disconnected the TORS and I was able to get it to idle. So I'm going to purchase the eliminator kit in the next couple of weeks and give that a try. It takes for ever to get it started but once its started it only takes one kick. If i let it sit for around a hour I'm right back at where I was on kicking trying to get it started. Do they sell something you hook up to it to measure RPM's?

  4. finally got TORS disconnected not it will idle but again it is idling way to high. I also changed jets to see if it would make a difference. I put in 290 and 27.5 but still idling high like when i had 310 and 30 in it. Its becoming frustrating so took a break from it. any info would be much appreciated.

  5. Got my jets this morning put them in and now it won't idle at all no matter where i set the screw. I can keep it running as long as I'm pushing the throttle but no luck getting it to idle at all tried idle screw in what seems like every position with no luck. I do have a carb sync tool got that today to with the jets. It does suck waiting on the mail but if you need it you need it. lol.

  6. So i had already purchased the 310 main and 30. Got top end put back to together finally got it started but it seems like anything I do it either won't idle or it is idleing to high. would willaduncan jet setup be closer? Or is there any other suggestions? Thanks again for all the help. Definitely wouldn't be where at without everyones help.(also got the 22cc domes)

  7. Ok so I got my stock pistons and jugs and now I'm just waiting on the 22cc domes for my cool head. I took apart the carbs and there is 360 main and 25 pilot. I just received my 310 mains today. My question is the 25 pilot to small to where i need something bigger? Thanks for all the help. I'm almost there.
