Well I'm learning as I go.. I've never heard of that. Did a little bit of research.. found out what it is lol. Is there any tricks to know if its bad.. I really appreciate all the replys. I ordered a clymer manual.. I guess I over exaggerated my rebuild experience.. at this point in time I want it done right... I'm very mechanically inclined.. this is just something I have no experience in..

Looks like its missing the ball bearing for the clutch also..

I just picked up a mint 93 banshee.. Very good condition except for the engine. I'm no newbie to rebuilding engine but never a shee. Guy said it needed a crank.. Pretty straight forward.. Pistons and cylinders are good. What else should I be looking for.. Transmission seems to be intact, clutch is missing a bolt for the spring.. Where the crank sits seems to be OK.. No scratches or anything. I'm planning on rebuilding it but its been a few years haha. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.
