I can't find a single thing on this axle housing online. I'm assuming it's made by Fox but could someone tell me If this really is a fox axle housing.

I'm picking up a 1999 shee Saturday with bills pipes and a k&n filter. The guy runs 28:1 in her. I Was wondering if I ran 40:1 with 93 and some good oil would I tell a difference?
