  2. No. Just put in some new NGK B8ES plugs. I have several jets that came with it. 290, 300, and 340 I can recall off the top of my head
  3. Put on a Tors eliminator kit and rebuilt the carbs. Ran fine before but now cuts out at WOT. Runs fine until about 3/4 throttle. Noticed it has 200 mains. I think it has 28 pilots? Not completely sure. I know he gave me a set of new 27.5s. It was a full ProCircuit 304 exhaust, .010 over stock carbs with proflow and uni clamp on and no airbox lid. I live in Charleston WV, elevation around 597 feet. Any idea what jets to start searching at? I know it has an aftermarket needle, it's red, but I'm unsure what notch it is on. Sorry for all the questions, first time with something twin cylinder. Thanks for the help!
  4. Replaced the washer only. All jets that were in the carbs went back in
  5. I'll pull them apart and check the size and for the washer. Pretty sure it was put back with a new one from the rebuild kit

  7. My bad. Read too fast. I'll check. But what I don't understand is it ran like a top last weekend. No lag, anything. But after the TORS it seems wacky..
  8. Floats set just below horizontal. Did it like most others but we've never had something with dual carbs. Not sure on jet size. I think it's a bit bigger than 27.5
  9. Pro circuit 304s, bored 10 over, pro flow with no airbox cover. It ran fine the weekend before changing it all.
  10. 2002 Shee. Ran fine but carb leaked. Decided to rebuild them and put a TORS removal kit on. We adjusted it all and had it idling fine. At 3/4 throttle it pulls fine, but at WOT it bogs down. Had some trouble adjusting the throttle cable, especially getting the intentions on the slide in the porthole on the carb. Any ideas or help? Anything is appreciated. Thanks!
