Jason at least you have a good learning experience now! First time I did my clutch I ordered all new stuff from FAST When I was putting on the pressure plate I snapped a bolt off into the inner hub threads Too much protein..or not enough brain.

Motor City ATV has them I think. Hit ray up I know a lot of ppl have had issues with him but to me hes a cool guy and have never had an issue at all with him. Worth a shot.

So your head pipe is cracked on the mount where it bolts to the exhaust hanger?

So your header started leaking exhaust from the exhaust port when ur silencer broke? Try new orings in the headers to get a better seal My old stock cylinders leaked oil from them because they were old and worn even with new oring and tight springs, the pipe didnt seal as good because of pipes being taken on and off, wear on the exhaust port where the header goes on etc.

Chris I promise you that gearing will fix that.. Im at 15/43 RN and didnt try changing gearing yet but Im gunna be at 15/41 come riding season and I know for a fact that it will help. The amount of bottom end I have is stupid as u already know. I noticed a bit of that affect on long straights as far as looking for 7th gear. I was on loose gravel too not getting much traction. But I will be riding shorter dunes and trails so its not that big of a deal for me Edit: Ill let you know how the gearing change works out
