I have been looking for a stock banshee (motor beefed up is fine) I just like the look and stance of the original. Anyway I found a complete 99 that appears to not have been ridden much. Is it a guarantee it will need rebuilt just by being old or how can I tell?

I use to be on here under ckylesworld years ago and sold my 01 shee in 06. I have the fever again and now am in a delima because they havent been made in the us since 06.
Im looking for a banshee with stock stance. I want one in excellent, ready to ride condition. Prefer it to have nickel aftermarket pipes and NO cut fenders. I have attached a pic of the condition im looking for. I just want it to be reliable, good looking and fast.

Is it possible a stock 99 wouldn't need rebuilt?

I haven't had a banshee in 10 yes and have forgotten a lot. What number would be acceptable?
