How much material is taken out of the cases for trenching a 10mil? Is it typically done with a mill, as in Bridgeport?

Building a new banshee project. It's going to be a kick ass dune bike, best of the best parts. I have had multiple banshees with cool vibrant colors. Looking to do a baby blue color, any body have some banshee pics in that color?

Banshee 4mil cub, It's a dune cruiser/play bike. 90% play 10% drag. Marvin shaw shocks, question is what length swing arm and how many paddle? I was going to go with a 10 over arm and 12 paddle. Thoughts?
