The outside is dirty not the inside. And I was mistaken for a second the hole is on the left side of the right carb

I dint think the mikuni carbs had a choke tube. And why does it run to the outside of this carb?

This is the right side of my right carb what is this hole for? Goes into the carb but nothing is attached

Jets have no obstructions but how do I know what size pilot jets I have?? And sheerider11 it kinda sounds like there is an air leak but I can't pinpoint it. I've tried spraying carb cleaner over both carbs, both reeds the head and the cylinders doesn't cause engine to rev up at all. Using the air screws doesn't seem to do anything either

So I finally got my banshee bacj together after rebuilding the top end with a fresh bore.wiseco piston kit. 66.5mm( .100 over.) First start I pulled choke out after some few kicks. Runs only when choke is halfway out. As soon as I take choke off bike dies out. If I keep on the throttle a little it runs but will pop backfire kinda like a 'cchhh' out of right exhaust pipe. Especially if I try and ride it with choke off. So confused reeds seem fine carbs (aftermarket) are super cclean jets are unclogged. Main jet is a 280 idk the scoop on the pilot jets might be stock for all i know. Has fmf fatty gold series exhaust the left side exhaust seems to be pushing hard andbhas that two stroke 'pop' while th right side has a smooth kinda weak push. Good compression obviously.. oh and the throttle kinda sticks a little sometimes kinda almost wants to keep revving up sorta uncontrollably dunno what that is either. Any ideas?
