Forgot that I have to get the cylinders bored to 65mm, 1mm over stock. That should make a slight differance

1987 banshee running a Toomey 2 into 1 air filter with prefilter. Stock carbs. Full Trininty racing stage IV exhaust with pro design cool heads, 21 cc domes. 1200 to 1900ft elevation, temps ranging from 60F to 85F tops. Not sure where to start with jetting. stock was 25 pilot jet, 210 main jet. If anyone knows where I need to start, let me know thanks.
