¿Do you think spacers will work?, take into account in using Stock air box, not pods, and i have Vforce 4 reeds

Hello guys, quick question, im going to install some PWK's on the bike, ive heard that i may find problems with the clutch arm, what are posible fixes for that? I need ideas, are there easy fixes?

Hello guys i just wanted to ask you if my jetting sound close or kinda rich, cause ive been hearing mixed opinions so i just wanted your Point of view, i know the best way to know is a spark plug chop but i just wanted to see whay you think just by seeing the numbers; ok so here it goes
Stock Cilinder, no port job, elevation around 600 ft above sea level, vforce reeds, k&n pro flow kit, T5 full exhaust, no snorkel, vented stock air box with lid, standar pistons, mull engineering mega flow impeller, oversized aluminum radiator using 30 pilots, 290 mains, neddle clip on middle position, air screw 2 and a half turns out, should i throw smaller pilots?

Temperature as in weather temperature? Or the banshee operating temperature?
-
1993 Banshee
Stock Bore and stroke
Wiseco pistons
T5 headers and pipes
K&N pro flow kit
Mull engineering billet impeller
Oversized aluminum radiator
Vforce 4 reeds
600 ft altitude
My jetting is 290 main
30 pilots
Neddle clip mid position
How close is my jetting?
-
Guys somenone told me that once i installed the Vforce 4 reeds my banshee would swallow gas like its water, they even said my stock tank would last like 30 kms tops, is it true?

Buy a shit ton of jet. If you think you need 290-300, buy 270-330. You can't have enough jets.
Theres a jet kit on Farm and sand toys, that brings 30 pilots and a shit ton of mains, take a look, would this be fine?

After installing the 4's I had to jump up from 27.5 to 30 pilots on a ported stock cylinder. I think 310 mains, I'm alittle rich . I'll be tuning a bit soon
My cilinders arent ported, so ill order the 30 pilots, i ordered a set of 290 and 300
Because with the jetting and mods listed at the begining of the post, it usually starts on the 3rd kick when it hasnt been started like in 2 weeks, now that im going to install the vforce4, i guess ill try and jump 1 size on pilot and try between the 290 or 300 main

I would do what previous poster had mentioned. Order a few different size jet. If you have 280 in now order 290, 300 maybe lower as well. Better to be covered. But do a plug chop to help you determine where your jetting is.

How close are you to San Juan del Sur. There is a atv rental shop that rents out Yamaha ATV ECT. I rented one a few years back. They might have some parts your looking for or could help order them in. Guys here should be able to get you close to what you need.

Jump up a size on main if you want a little more peace of mind. Run, plug chop, adjust, repeat.
Giving away "TSS" for FREE!!!the thing is i need to know what would be a close enough setting because i dont live in the usa and i need to ship everything here, so i cant go around waiting for it to come and try, i need to order everything, i live in nicaragua central america, and they dont sell a single screw for the banshee here :/

stock carbs with removed tors im assuming?
you could always try re drilling it to see if it cleans it up at all and re tapping it. if not you could try and drill and tap to the next size and find a screw similar to the idle screw that it comes (smooth pointy size) with the tors removal kit as long as it moves the slide up.
Yes, stock carbs, with tors removal, but how would i find a bigger screw that works for iddling?

Guys i dont know what to do, i dont know how, but the thread inside my carb where the iddle screw goes stripped, i dont know what to do, can it be repaired or sent to the lathe, maybe they can make new thread, dont now im kinda stressed, what do you guys think??
